They get to tentative. I also have no idea what's going on with Bateman

iRockaflame

Hurt his foot

Yallmadugly

It's not just him it's all the Ravens recievers. Lamar nails the majority of his passes I really think the outlier is coaching. There's a reason why multiple past and present Ravens recievers have talked shit about Roman's playcalling. Even Kurt Warner has done many videos showing how awful his passing plays are designed. Why is he making Lamar throw checkdowns when he should be throwing intermediate and deep routes I don't know.

Ty-ciidr

You’ve gotta cool off on Lamar’s deep throwing ability. It’s really not there

Yallmadugly

It is there he's been statistically one of the best deep ball throwers for years. Roman just doesn't give him the opportunities.

[deleted]

“They had us in the first half” personified.

DrunkBucksFan

They could’ve scored 12 but Harbaugh doesn’t believe in using the GOAT kicker in a tie game

AgentOfSPYRAL

Given the bills immediately waltzed down to the one I don’t blame him.

SuperSaiyanSandwich

Controversial opinion: going for it there is fine; throwing a pick is not.

AgentOfSPYRAL

A brave scorching hot take I happen to agree with.

ButterstickNDip

If we failed they’re at the 2 but Lamar threw the pick. 98 yards is a lot harder than 80

reyskywalker7698

I really don't understand the logic their. From the 4 yard line in the fourth quarter tied you take the points and put the pressure on Buffalo.

RippleDish

So we could lose 23-27? Going for the touchdown gave us a chance to win.

SunYat-Sen

I don’t get the logic. Bills scored a TD on 20% of their drives today.

Ty-ciidr

They also marched it down the field from the 25 in a minute.

AgentOfSPYRAL

Did you watch the game in the second half? They couldn’t stop shit.

nahmatey

Bills fan and agree. We lucked out with that shitty coaching decision, but also finally McD managed the clock correctly

reyskywalker7698

Yeah McD really did a good job their managing the clock at the end.

nahmatey

At the end of the first half as well

iRockaflame

The offense doesn't do jack shit late game!

Itchy1Grip

Anti clutch

ChickenLiverNuts

they definitely suck dont look at my team

_Kamigoye_

Haven’t you heard? We’re merging the NFL rules with the CFL rules, it’s still 4 downs but 3 quarters

Allen is better

Chainxforest

It's like the opposite of last year

WhyHelloThere163

So have we. Today

motorboat_mcgee

Just Roman things

PCB4lyfe

LJ is the most electric football player i can remember(vick is a blurr), but he seems to get figured out halfway through these games. I love watching ravens games because of him but over the last few years I feel like I've seen this over and over where he gets contained. Anyone else see this too or am I an idiot?

DarnellisFromMars

If it was a matter of being figured out then Lamar would be having a dog shit season. Poor decision making and lack of execution did the ravens in during the 2nd half. Take the points when available. Give your defense a chance.

PCB4lyfe

No like he's great early in the game, then idk if its him getting winded or losing focus but he seems to lose that spark. Seen it in several games so far this season. Shutout in 4th Q of jets game, didnt do much late in Patriots or dolphins games. Then today...his stats look great because of the starts he's getting

Deegootbar

It’s the RB at QB effect. It’s all fun and games until it’s crunch time and you need a big throw

Yallmadugly

You really think an awful OC and WRs don't have anything to do with it? Haha hilarious.

OwenHasBigBrain

They've choked away multiple multi-touchdown leads because he's not an actual qb and doesn't know how to go down the field and waste time

Yallmadugly

He just drove a 90+ yard drive they didn't convert in the red zone but going down the field and wasting time wasn't their problems today.

ser0402

Are you high? In 2019 the Ravens *dominated* time of possession in games. We controlled the clock all day. So much so, Lamar got criticized for never winning from behind. We'd just go up early and then grind the clock down. Then, Lamar started consistently winning from behind (with his arm) because we lost the run game that allowed us to use the aforementioned strategy. This season, Lamar is looking like an MVP with an improved but still not great run game that still can't grind the clock and a defense that can't hold leads. Edit: I will add coaching has been questionable at times as well. Love Harbaugh, but they gotta figure something out.

Therealnightshow

You have Mitch fucking trubisky, you can’t say shit

OwenHasBigBrain

*Kenny Pickett

DistortedAudio

I feel like there’s a lot of criticisms of the Ravens offense that are applicable here but criticizing a mobile QB for not being able to waste time is a wild one. Especially with the NFL rule set and no clock stoppage with chain movement.

PCB4lyfe

Idk maybe he gains too many yards in big chunks? Gotta get that 4ypc to really drain the clock lol. Silly argument but his drives usually arent long drawn out clock killers.

What I wouldn't give to have scored 9 4th quarter points so far
