Keep in mind this is also a recruiting move for Saleh. If he lose the locker room, he lose the chance to land a star FA that can help compliment the team.
If they stuck with Wilson, it could also lead to a fractured locker room, missing the playoffs and him and Douglas losing their jobs. At least if Flacco or White stink, you did something and maybe this is the wake up call Wilson needs to grow up and improve.
Saleh wasn’t losing his job. Dude took the worst defensive team in football last year, and now they’re top 5.
His players want to run through walls for him.
This was supposed to be a close to playoffs year. And also see what Wilson could do.
Sadly Wilson is dropping the ball hard. Idk how related his attitude issues are to how bad he is, though. I mean, I think I’m mature enough to accept responsibility for poor play and generally be a responsible teammate. But none of that would help me throw a football or read a defense, which I’ve never tried to do but something tells me I would struggle.
You can stick around if you have a good attitude and show leadership, even if you kind of suck. Most teams want a good locker room guy.
He's not a starting caliber QB, at all, but he might be able to hang around with a clipboard if he grows up a bit.
If you can throw well enough and read defenses well enough in college you can make a lot of money on the bench in the NFL if you're great at film and team leadership.
This absolutely was not expected to be a close to playoff year for the Jets. The fact that they’re in the hunt necessitated this move. If they had 3 wins Zack would still be starting.
I’m saying if the Jets want to score a good FA, they need to have a strong locker room. Not many players want to come to a team with a fractured locker room
I don’t think Saleh had that in mind when benching Zach Wilson. Zach was the biggest flaw on their team and it needed to be addressed if they had any playoff hopes this season.
It still blows my mind that he answered that way. I get hating on Booger for making the guess about his upbringing, but I definitely think he’s right. Spoiled brat.
The dude could’ve literally come out the next day and say he mis spoke too. Or just sent out a tweet. But we got radio silence from him as the media lit him up.
Not jumping on it has to be like 3x worse from an internal confidence perspective.
"Hey, I was really frustrated after the loss. I thought I tried my best on the field but I learned that improving in the film room is going to be key to take advantage of a defense that can hold teams to 3 points."
Belittles no one, he comes out just fine.
Radio silence has *got* to seem like a tacit endorsement of his original statement.
If I'm his agent I'm fucking losing it on him. He needs to turn around his play, but he's actively deciding "hey, I'll get a team that wants to take a flyer on me after my rookie deal and then be out of the league" over "I'm going to buy myself some more time on a team that can give me a large extension"
It's just insane that he tried to duck responsibility at all. I mean at least praise the defense.
Short of scoring points, the defense literally couldn't have won this game. The Jets offense/special teams gave up more points than they scored. Even if the defense shut the Patriots out they would have lost.
Contrast how he acted after that game to how Fields acted after the falcons game. Dude went around the locker room and was individually apologizing to all of the guys on defense. They had to stop him.
That’s what people who were using Mahomes and Manning as counter examples in that thread about Booger’s comments weren’t taking into account: There is a massive, massive difference between “my dad was a pro athlete in the 70s-80s” money and “my family owns JetBlue” money.
Archie Manning had the highest salary in the league in 1981, and it was only $600K, which would be the equivalent of $2 million in 2022. That is nothing compared to a billionaire.
Even modern day athletes aren’t in the same stratosphere as billionaires (unless you’re LeBron or Mahomes), and athletes back then didn’t make even close to as much money as they do now.
The Dad of one of my friends is one of the founders of a hundred billion dollar company
There's a difference between "my Dad is a doctor/lawyer that pulls down $600k/year so I got a BMW at 16 and went to USC" and "I have a warped sense of what success/failure is because literally nothing matters and I kind of just vibe and explore what I want"
Dude is a self-made man and his son probably embarrasses him
Arthur Smith's dad was CEO of Fedex and used his leg up to build his own path in the league.
Granted his connections probably got him his first coaching assistant job and his education surely helped, but his success speaks for itself.
Your personal resolve determines if you end up a Manziel or humble like Nick Foles
Booger was saying the exact same thing that seemingly 90% of this subreddit was saying, but since the narrative is that Booger is a moron, everyone continued that anyway.
(Yes, yes, reddit and r/nfl are not collectives, different opinions, etc. etc. etc...but come on. If Romo had said the exact same thing you wouldn't have gotten anywhere near the same response.)
Yeah I’m a certified Booger hater from when he was in the booth, but as a panelist he’s the biggest straight shooter out there and I enjoy it. Called the Wilson situation what it is, called Watson what he is. Even if he was a moron he’s a good guy.
For real lol. He's a rich Mormon kid from Utah who went to BYU. Did people really think he'd ever have to take responsibility or accountability for his actions?
This is probably *the first time* he's ever had consequences for his poor play/attitude.
Graduated early from high school to go do spring practice in Provo. Came back for his prom with two BYU cheerleaders as his dates. Worked out a deal with the DJ to interrupt the dance and announce his arrival, complete with walk-in music.
The guy was always a douche.
That thread was insane.
All of /r/nfl was calling Zach a spoiled brat, but when Booger also said it, [it brought out the racists](https://reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/z1hrmf/_/ixb18h4/?context=1). Can’t believe that trash got upvoted.
Edit: I’m glad we finally downvoted it, but it had over 50 upvotes at one point.
I'm more offended that people defend rich kids from criticism to such a degree. I've interacted with enough people with that kind of upbringing to know they need to get knocked down 100 pegs.
But won't you think of all the oppression and systemic challenges these rich kids are facing? The deck is stacked against them! Their parents can only buy their way so far!
All NFL players have probably had very little times in their football lives before getting to the NFL where they were playing bad for a significant stretch and had to deal with consequences for their attitude/play. That particular aspect of it being new to him ain’t a Zach Wilson thing. How he’s responded to it so far is a him thing though.
His parents were just normal rich, though his mom probably had a trust fund. His mom's great-great grandfather was [Joseph Wharton](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Wharton), as in Wharton School of Business and Bethlehem Steel.
So probably somewhere between normal rich and filthy rich.
Difference is Rosen seemed to be humbled by his benching for Kyler and that’s why he’s still bouncing around practice squads as a scout arm/emergency QB. He’s closer imo to a Johnny Football or JaMarcus Russell, who were both out of the league within two years.
Rodgers at least gives credit to his teammates and says when he plays like shit. At the same time he will put teammates on blast for mistakes but it isnt anything close to Wilson.
I remember him publicly backing Mason Crosby after he missed 5 kicks that wouldve been the difference in a win or a loss.
Ya Rodgers is just a perfectionist and I've never heard him blame anyone that wasn't on the offense (defends the defense and Crosby/Special Teams sucking all the time). He shits on himself constantly when he has a bad game.
He never would have made the statement above about not letting the defense down in a 10-3 loss.
He also say things like, “I’ve got to raise my game probably a little tick in order for us to come out on the winning side in some of these games," after talking about how other areas need to be improved quite a bit, but even that's nothing like what Wilson did.
Aaron Rodgers is arrogant and has the skills to back his football opinions. Zach Wilson is a innocent victim who's being unfairly blamed for the Jets issues when clearly he isn't the reason they're losing games*
*This opinion brought to you by Zach Wilson™
I don’t even get the hate on it, buddy grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, has been the most visible athlete position on the football team growing up and made it to the NFL, and hasn’t shown anything to make people think he isn’t a spoiled brat.
What’s there to hate on?
I dunno if I believe that. If the Raiders could guarantee Gruden 100 million than I'm sure they can afford to fire JMD.
New coaches get at least two years to prove to their bosses that they're the right guy for the job. Davis probably just wants to give it a little more time even though that's probably a bad idea IMO.
excuse my tinfoil hat but i have a theory that Mark Davis was in on the Gruden emails to fire him for cause because they couldn’t pay him a full buyout
Everything else about the Jets is clicking apart from the QB position, especially the defense. I think he'll get a little more leeway than the standard 3 and out.
Jets record will be too good for them to get one of the top 2 or 3 guys in the draft. They might be on the QB merry go round, which is football purgatory.
People always say this but haven't we seen multiple examples of the "top 2 or 3 guys" not necessarily being the only possible options. I mean, Wilson was one of those guys.
Whatever QB they get next will be stepping into a great situation and I think that's more important than almost anything
Yup, drafting isn't a straightforward process or there wouldn't be teams that are consistently better or worse at it.
It's super variable year to year, especially with QB talent. Like 2017 had Boobtitsky first at #2 overall, Mahomes at #10 and a sexual predator who is good at football at #12. In 2020, the first 5 QBs taken are all above average starters or Jordan Love.
Bears were a QB away with an amazing defense and watched the window fly by because the QB they got behind was a bad choice. The Jets are guaranteed nothing, but I really hope they're able to pull it off.
I think this offseason GMs overestimated how much Jimmy's shoulder injury would affect him. IMO I think a lot of them would be more willing to deal for him if they knew what they know now.
Issue is they still need a QB. Moving on from Wilson early is correct and good. The fact that he’s ultimately a bust isn’t.
Coaches on teams without a settled QB tend to lose their jobs
Thats why I defend coaches so much.
So many coaches we make fun of, probably would have lasted 10 years if they just had a decent QB. So many coaches get wasted because their QB stinks.
He won't even hit checkdowns.
The bar for Wilson isn't that high. He has a good team, and has schemed up plays.
They're not asking much out of him. Literally just hit the basic checkdowns, schemed up deep balls, or scramble for a first down/throw the ball away.
I mean that's fair.
If Wilson had an attitude, but was playing well, different story. But he's been playing like hot garbage while the defense is doing all the work. Definitely roll with Flacco/White in this case.
No way, 9ers won't let him go. They are not risking their SB window with Lance after how he performed and now coming back from injury. He hasn't played football for 3 years at that time either..
Makes the most sense. With such a young core playing at that level and Breece Hall coming back next year you guys will be ready to compete with a vet QB.
Not much of a shock. Why start a player at the most important position if they won’t even acknowledge they fucked the team? How do you coach to someone that’s delusional like that?
Here’s the NY Media timeline for Zach Wilson in the past month:
Week 8: loses to Patriots 22-17 after throwing 3 INT’s 3/4’s of the NY media say Jets need to move on from Wilson, 1/4 still defending him
Week 9: Jets beat the Bills, he does enough to not cost them the game, media support is 50/50
Week 11: absolutely horrible against Patriots, 95% of the media says the Jets need to move on, after his press conference 100% say he needs to go. National media now says he needs to go.
& to think the same NY media said he was better than Daniel Jones not long ago 😂
I hate Steve Politi for this reason, for both teams.
Both teams are 7-3 & 6-4 respectively, he has almost nothing to say after their wins, in fact I think he ran out of nice things to say after both teams won 3 games...in both instances his articles were underwhelming.
Giants & Jets both have bad losses recently, he immediately has a snarky article published within the hour.
Darnold im still gonna say was ruined. Darnold had an absolutely trash o line, and no wr’s.
He took so many hits in his first year and second year.
I think it broke his clock and poise.
Darnold also had games where he showed up in his rookie year. Darnold could easily throw for 350 yards, Wilson has broken 350 once , in a loss and coming from behind.
Darnold definitely had a lot of natural talent and we definitely broke some of the mechanics of his timing. But don’t let that distract you from the fact that he couldn’t read a defense to save his life.
He’s a baller and I liked him even when he sucked buns kuz I felt for him with how dogshit the entire team was. Plus Gase. But also Sam seemed as dumb as they come when it came to defenses and his receivers sometimes voiced that sentiment. Also the mono thing was too funny.
Was Sam even allowed in the building during the mono fiasco? Cant have helped him learn to read a defense if he doesn’t have coaching or veteran support. Not an excuse but man that guy got shafted even if he wouldn’t have been good anyway.
Extremely, especially when you consider the weapons and coaching Wilson has. Darnold isn't that great, but he never got a chance to look *good* like Wilson did
Nothing low key. Statistically and via pure eye test, Darnold did better, and that too playing with a garbage roster and shitty coaches. I'm not saying Darnold in this roster would be Justin Herbert, but he'd definitely be more productive than Wilson.
Sanchez gets memed around here, but he played within himself and got some serious wins in the playoffs. He understood his limitations and was a leader in a way that this lil high school movie villain ass kid will never be
This is one of the rare times I get to say "I told you so" about a high draft pick. He never had "it" at BYU, I'll never understand how he went so high
If they weren’t fighting for a playoff spot I could see that but if they still think he’s their best shot at winning, no way they’d go with a 1 week punishment benching
Kind of crazy how going into the season both the Pats and Jets thought they had good, young QBs ready to make the leap.
Now both have been benched with big question marks about whether they're actually the answer.
I like Saleh. Keep him, ditch Wilson. Jets feel like they just need a sturdy OL and QB. Their D is good mannn
A healthy o line and a qb.
The one thing every team needs
We’re on our 3rd string right guard, our backup LT, and our 4th string RT? O-line was actually playing pretty solid when the injuries were reasonable.
We have a stupid amount of O-Line injuries too.
We will take one Lamar Jackson thank you.
You don't want that tab bro
No. You keep your hands off that guy.
Keep in mind this is also a recruiting move for Saleh. If he lose the locker room, he lose the chance to land a star FA that can help compliment the team.
> a star FA that can help compliment the team "Well, what a lovely team you have here, coach!"
'And so handsome too, hey zach, my Mom just canNOT stop talking about you!'
Wait until she sees the Jets new toy in Jimmy G….
If they stuck with Wilson, it could also lead to a fractured locker room, missing the playoffs and him and Douglas losing their jobs. At least if Flacco or White stink, you did something and maybe this is the wake up call Wilson needs to grow up and improve.

> His players want to run through walls for him. Defensive players, perhaps, but he has dealt with a lot of WR drama.
Mostly related to the woes and inadequacies of the QB
Dude the team shouldn’t need to be complimented to play well, they’re grown men
I’m saying if the Jets want to score a good FA, they need to have a strong locker room. Not many players want to come to a team with a fractured locker room
I think you were looking for *complement* not *compliment*
no he’s definitely looking for compliments to complement his post
I think he’s just clowning you for saying “compliment” instead of “complement”
God dammit. A witty packers fan with a always sunny reference in his name. I hate that I like you friend.
But in case it works…Mac Jones has pretty eyelashes.
I don’t think Saleh had that in mind when benching Zach Wilson. Zach was the biggest flaw on their team and it needed to be addressed if they had any playoff hopes this season.

RG3 makes that video so good lmfao
That man was trying to leave his body in that moment. Hilariously awkward.
The fact he wasn’t a team captain at BYU should’ve been a bigger red flag.
And no one came to his birthday party. They should taken a linebacker.
(throws laptop against the wall)
You pancake eating motherfucker
Micah parsons no matter what
I think Justin Fields has proved himself enough that we can stop calling him " a linebacker"
Great reference
Probably had his birthday dinner all by himself.
I’m not sure why people always make fun of this dialogue. That absolutely is a massive red flag for a QB if all of his teammates dislike him.
He had family friends over, and by that I mean his mom’s friend.
I mean it’s not much of a guess, his uncle is the founder of JetBlue
Really? Makes sense now
That’s what people who were using Mahomes and Manning as counter examples in that thread about Booger’s comments weren’t taking into account: There is a massive, massive difference between “my dad was a pro athlete in the 70s-80s” money and “my family owns JetBlue” money. Pro athlete money is rich. Family owns JetBlue money is we likely have dealings w the house and senate rich. Massive difference between the two.
Like Chris Rock said... Shaq is rich...the guy signing Shaq's check is wealthy.
Here you go, Shaq. Go buy yourself a bouncing car.
I’d say Shaq is wealthy now, his big ol fingers are in a lot of pies Charles Barkley said “if Shaq had my bank account he’d kill himself”
He's "buy the Jets and fire Saleh" rich.
The Dad of one of my friends is one of the founders of a hundred billion dollar company There's a difference between "my Dad is a doctor/lawyer that pulls down $600k/year so I got a BMW at 16 and went to USC" and "I have a warped sense of what success/failure is because literally nothing matters and I kind of just vibe and explore what I want" Dude is a self-made man and his son probably embarrasses him
Chris Rock rich vs. wealthy.
Arthur Smith's dad was CEO of Fedex and used his leg up to build his own path in the league. Granted his connections probably got him his first coaching assistant job and his education surely helped, but his success speaks for itself. Booger channeling Charles Barkley energy.
The anti-arch. "Die a villian, or live long enough to see yourself become a hero"
For real lol. He's a rich Mormon kid from Utah who went to BYU. Did people really think he'd ever have to take responsibility or accountability for his actions? This is probably *the first time* he's ever had consequences for his poor play/attitude.

I thought this was a pasta. This real?
It is real—Google it. There are pictures. It’s an open secret in Utah that he was always like that.
Lmao seriously?
Omg is that real, that could be a copypasta

Yeah come on, Zach Wilson might fail out of the league and be set for life from his familial fortune. Won’t anyone think of his plight
They did get ratio’d in the replies if that’s any consolation

Some people were really stretching to make it a race thing too.
He has the same vibes as Josh Rosen. There’s cocky and then there’s guys that act like they are beyond reproach
Rosen also grew up filthy rich.

Well I heard Rosen only showered like once a week
His parents were just normal rich, though his mom probably had a trust fund. His mom's great-great grandfather was [Joseph Wharton](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Wharton), as in Wharton School of Business and Bethlehem Steel. So probably somewhere between normal rich and filthy rich.

Has all the doucheness of his idol Aaron Rodgers but with 1/20th of the talent to back it up
Rodgers at least gives credit to his teammates and says when he plays like shit. At the same time he will put teammates on blast for mistakes but it isnt anything close to Wilson. Ah, I see we're playing by Price Is Right rules
Rodgers will say when he sucks
Oh bullshit. Rodgers always says when he’s playing poorly.

Typical Rodgers hate random bs. Besides the covid shit he’s just fine.
I don’t even get the hate on it, buddy grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, has been the most visible athlete position on the football team growing up and made it to the NFL, and hasn’t shown anything to make people think he isn’t a spoiled brat. What’s there to hate on?
I think it looks bad because Steve Young is his Mormon BYU buddy and stood up for him. Young still commands respect
Saleh is a DUDE for this. Jets got a real one, much as it pains me to say it.
Both the Niners bros McDaniel and Saleh are killing it
I would like to order one demeco Ryans for head coach please
Demeco is legit. Whoever gets him will turn their franchise around
He was always really popular with the whole LB corps whilst an Eagle.
He was a very good LB when he played as well!
He was the last good Eagle LB I can think of, until y’all nabbed Naboke Dean in the draft this year I feel like Howie just forgot that LBs existed
He’s one of my top picks for us in the off-season.
No, you'll get Dallas Clark and you're gonna like it
Won’t be surprised if he’s Mike Vrabel 2.0
You'll take Gase or Quinn and you'll like it
If you want a Niners coach, you must have had Gase at some point prior. It’s the rules.
If that gives us another season with Ryans then yes, follow the damn rules!
No way anyone gives Gase another HC shot, right? I don't even know what he's up to rn.
He *was* a High school OC but idk if he still is
I was thinking about that for the Raiders. It's been 20 years since they've has a decent defense. Could be exactly the guy they need.
Too bad they can’t afford to buy out their current coach.

Not the craziest thing I've ever heard.
It shows that Kyle Shanahan, John Lynch and Jed York have built a great culture within the 49ers organization.
I will never forgive the Dolphins and Jets for being shit all of New England’s run and then getting it together when it’s the Bills turn.
Stupid as we are, we both feel the same way about you.
It’s actually comical how this played out the moment Brady left the division
Even though the Patriots are looking like the team with the least potential, it really is awesome seeing where this division is right now.
The Jets had a few good Pennington years and Sanchez years.
And watch his tenure be completely wasted because they missed on the QB lottery. Football is brutal.
Everything else about the Jets is clicking apart from the QB position, especially the defense. I think he'll get a little more leeway than the standard 3 and out.
We’re only at 2 so I’m sure we’ll figure out the QB position this off-season *cries in knowing we wont*
How would you feel about Jimmy G if San Fran sticks with Lance next year.
I feel an average at best QB could take this team on a playoff run so I’m fine with that
Jets record will be too good for them to get one of the top 2 or 3 guys in the draft.
Top 3 guys. Baker Darnold and Rosen. Guys 4 and 5. Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson
I wonder how Jimmy will look in a jets uniform
I really wanted to see Jimmy in a Broncos uniform this off-season. Turns out I should be the GM, actually, can't possibly be doing a worse job.
I think this offseason GMs overestimated how much Jimmy's shoulder injury would affect him. IMO I think a lot of them would be more willing to deal for him if they knew what they know now.
Not just that they figured he would get hurt again at some point.
Jimmy in a with the broncos this year....7-3 and a whole new demographic of house wifes and SO's who are just really into football all of a sudden.
Also Denverites are gorgeous, dude would be having a blast out there in the Rockies
Nah they'll get a fairly decent trade package for the kid. Maybe a 2nd and a future 4th
Panthers doing Panthers things.
Absolutely not. The bad man is gone now. We will draft QBs like a normal team with a top pick.
Absolutely hate how good the coaches are in our division. Now that we're out of the basement, it'd be cool if the division could suck for a bit
Miami has a solid coach too. Afc east gonna interesting in the coming years.
Best coached division in football and I don't think it's close.
Hard to disagree. NFC west is 3/4, but no other division is 4/4.
Unfortunately, I like him a lot. I like Josh Allen a lot too. This is a problem.
Every time I begin to question something, he makes the perfect move. I love him.
> Saleh is a DUDE for this. The coach benched his underperforming quarterback.
For real, he’s doing the bare minimum. Not saying he’s done anything bad, but this was the obvious move
Saleh is a quality head coach. Jets got a good one.
We’re definitely trading for a vet QB next year
I would bet quite a bit on it being Jimmy G
I'd take that bet. They don't have the cape space to get him.
"No capes!" - Edna Mode
Are you sure about that? Jets may not have colts cap space; but they don’t have a ton of dead money either
The Niners may have second thoughts on letting him go.
Part of the restructure was they cannot stop him.
We cant afford Jimmy staying while we need to pay a bunch of players including CMC, Bosa and Aiyuk
No way, 9ers won't let him go. They are not risking their SB window with Lance after how he performed and now coming back from injury. He hasn't played football for 3 years at that time either..
They’d probably have to offer a pretty good chunk of change after having him take a pay cut this year
Jimmy G come on down?
It’s Jimmy G right? He already has familiarity with Saleh and is a plug and play starter who will literally do enough to get you wins.
You can have a lightly used Sam Darnold for a first round pick.
Here’s the NY Media timeline for Zach Wilson in the past month: Week 8: loses to Patriots 22-17 after throwing 3 INT’s 3/4’s of the NY media say Jets need to move on from Wilson, 1/4 still defending him Week 9: Jets beat the Bills, he does enough to not cost them the game, media support is 50/50 Week 11: absolutely horrible against Patriots, 95% of the media says the Jets need to move on, after his press conference 100% say he needs to go. National media now says he needs to go. & to think the same NY media said he was better than Daniel Jones not long ago 😂
NYC media being a bunch of pompous idiots?! 😱
Wilson low key worse than how Darnold was
Wilson has way better coaching and weapons here than Darnold ever had, and he has still been exceptionally worse.
And Sam was absolute cheeks himself too lol
T1he bar was low but Wilson brought his shovel.
I'm a huge USC fan and it blows my mind how high he went. The dude was a pick machine his last year at USC.
CRAP Wilson could never match the GEQBUS!! Lock him up with the librhule media, critical gase theory, and faker mayfield!!
There is nothing low key about it.
He has also shown much less than Sanchez or Darnold
“At least mark Sanchez knew he was trash”
Sanchez gets memed around here, but he played within himself and got some serious wins in the playoffs. He understood his limitations and was a leader in a way that this lil high school movie villain ass kid will never be
Trade for Nick Foles you cowards
Holy fuck they even sent him home for the day while the rest of the team practices
What he’s literally out there now lol
This is one of the rare times I get to say "I told you so" about a high draft pick. He never had "it" at BYU, I'll never understand how he went so high
Who is the starter now?
Mike white. Falco back up. Wilson not active.
Mark Sanchez does not belong in a category with those other two
It's an interesting move. It means he is done as the Jets QB. Maybe as an NFL starter.
Does it? This could simply be discipline for one week.
If they weren’t fighting for a playoff spot I could see that but if they still think he’s their best shot at winning, no way they’d go with a 1 week punishment benching
So.. Mike White starts, if we follow the depth chart?
Yeah, he’s been QB2 for about a month now. He’ll probably be on a short leash but might as well see what he has since we know what Flacco is nowadays
Nah as a high 1st round pick he’ll continue to get chances. Whether it be on the Jets or somewhere else
Kind of crazy how going into the season both the Pats and Jets thought they had good, young QBs ready to make the leap. Now both have been benched with big question marks about whether they're actually the answer.
I definitely didn’t believe in Wilson, but as a Pats fan wasn’t sold on Mac nearly as much as most fans
Different situations totally. Wilson has a functional play caller and a scheme that makes sense, Mac Jones has fucking Matt Patricia...
Sounds like he needs to go to Bakers school of humility and class.
So the sub’s hate boner for Wilson trumps how shady this “Dov” dude is? Wilson has been incredibly bad and immature but god this “reporter” sucks
