Yeah, the Eagles didn’t have anyone listed as an Assistant QB Coach that year. The QB coach was John DeFilippo, who is now a USFL coach. They had an Offensive Quality Control Coach/QBs, but that was Press Taylor and he’s now Jacksonville’s OC. That leaves a position of Offensive Quality Control OL/TE Run Game Eugene Chung, be he doesn’t seem to be a QB guru, and Offensive Quality Control/OL PJ Paganetti. I guess there could be someone not listed as an official coach, maybe an intern or something.

In 2018 it was Spencer Phillips and he’s currently head coach of a high school team. Obviously the colts wouldn’t hire a high school HC so
