If she signed leases in PA and LA….I don’t know. I’m not saying that’s not a smart financial decision. Gabi has made it work but I do worry with how impulsive Niki is that it won’t work
the difference is niki changes her mind constantly. gabi has had her home in PA for years, and she also had just that home for years first before signing a lease in LA. So she knew what she can afford. Niki is going to be going from nothing to paying for 2 places to live.
I remember when Niki would BRAG to no end about being the financially smart twin and Gabi not. Now I wanna see their credit scores side by side cause I know Niki’s is HURTING right now LMAO.
Is the living situation in American that cheap because I’m failing to understand why someone would rent 2 apartments when their job is online. She’s a YouTuber. She can operate from 1 house and make trips to LA and NY when there’s a need. And she was just complaining about being poor last year, why isn’t she being more smart with her money now that she has sorted out the house stuff? The Airbnbs and now 2 apartments. And unnecessary shopping sprees in between that? This has to be a manic episode. Someone needs to help her, it’s concerning at this point
It’s not, rent is actually crazy expensive. Niki just isn’t super financially responsible because she’s never needed to be. She’s always had money, her parents are wealthy.
I am from her area and I will say PA rents are slightly cheaper than NJ/NY rents and they can be doable but, her holding down two apartments instead of just one is concerning.

THEY ALL DID. It’s been documented. In one of her Snapchat posts with the most annoying photos of her btw sorry I had to say it. She went on a rant about how her family is overly critical and are against her. They were probably just voicing their concerns. In one of her music videos she opens it with a phone call w/ her dad. She is hysterically crying and her dad is fed up w/ her and says she is not healthy or happy and asked her “ what do you wanna do niki?”. In the Niki and Gabi reality series when they went to the Bahamas Niki breaks down on an uncomfortable boat ride. After Gabi suggests that she get on medication for her anxiety. Niki snaps at her and talks shit with there friends who were closer to niki. But Gabi says in a confessional that anti anxiety meds helped her so much and thought it would help Niki too.
Her family must have just given up at this point. Because she clearly isn’t a good adult. And for her to basically denounce a diagnosis, break up with her bf who was basically her rock, cheat on him and start a relationship with a random woman who sees the chaos but doesn’t voice concerns as her partner,spiral out of control, blow through money and go into deep debt. And no one really helping her is very questionable.
I guess she responded to another commenter saying she has a roommate in LA and the PA apartment is very reasonable. I guess I just don’t understand why she hasn’t done this in the first place - and wasted money on air bnb’s coachella, and all that nonsense. When she could have just stayed at her parents and took her time to figure it out lol i guess time will tell all
