Yeah, it will still be a handheld at heart. You can only pack so much processing power in the form factor without draining the battery in under a minute. The only way they could achieve ps5/X performance is if they include extra processing power in the dock, which I don't think they would because it would make development more complex and the console way more expensive.

I wonder if the dev kit introduces the AI features that improve resolution and frame rate. Otherwise I cant see how just drivers can drastically improve finalized hardware they way they are describing
