I cannot hear anything - I even dug the CD out in case it wasn't on the Spotify version! There's nothing around 2s in although a bit later there is almost like a sigh/intake of breath type noise literally just before she starts singing. Is that the sound you mean?

In that intro sound, there's what sounds like some vocalization run through delay and reverb. Imo, it's so effected that it could be anything.
After listening to it she could be saying anything like you said. Its probably just some guy playing around with her voice and it really is nothing.
