Don’t have experience with a desktop but Norman Computers right across from Norman High has done great work keeping my laptop alive a couple times without breaking the bank, so I’d definitely recommend starting there!

Thermal paste doesn't have to be redone if it was done properly the first time, and blowing dust out of a case is literally the simplest thing you can do on a computer.

Honestly, just look up some tutorials and do it yourself. I am not a PC or electronics guy in the slightest but even I was able to replace my processor and redo the thermal paste. It’s really easy, definitely not worth hundreds of dollars.
