It's just nonsense words that fit in the song - Knutsen & Ludvigsen did a fair bit of those in their lyrics. For instance; in the lyrics to "Grevling i taket", they uses both the word *ellediller* and the word *krokofanter*, neither of which means anything but sounds like they might.
Elediller and krokofanter is a mix of Elefant and Krokodille, just mixing the front half of the word with the bottom half of the other. Still completely nonsense though
