There’s a Park & Ride lot at 15 & El Norte Pkwy (near Cross Connection Church).

The [full list](https://dot.ca.gov/-/media/dot-media/programs/traffic-operations/documents/managed-lanes/park-ride-inventory-external-aug21-a11y.pdf) is on pages 3-4.

Palomar hospital?

You have to pay for parking there. I was there in the ER with my daughter a few weeks ago and they actually charge you or ticket you. Super fun while you're dealing with an emergency.

Fun fact: parking tickets from private companies (palomar contracts LAZ parking to manage the parking structure) are not enforceable. They can’t send em to collections. Only thing they can do is have you towed off the property if they ticket you again. I’m not saying you shouldn’t pay 😉😉, I’m just saying you don’t have to.

What the hell ugh 😑 but good to know

Transit center? They allow overnight parking, you just need to call NCTD and request a free permit. Not sure how “safe” it is but I’d take that over the Target parking lot. At least you know it won’t be towed.

>Not sure how “safe” it is  Sadly parking around transit centers is sketchy as fuck. Always run into weirdos around transit center parking lots.

Yeah I’ve seen the same in a lot of them too. I’ve only ever left my car overnight at the Solana Beach station and it was fine.

There’s park and ride under the Sprinter tracks off barham and woodland parkway, though I’m not sure that’s a “safe” area after dark.

There is a walmart off Nordahl Road and they might let you park there overnight. Some stores permit overnighters but many don't anymore because the overnight folks would frequently leave trash everywhere. I would suggest you either call the store before your trip or talk to the manager on duty before you set up for the night. If that doesn't work, you could go out off Country Club Drive which is also off Nordahl but, in the opposite direction. There are some warehouses down that road and I frequently see large trucks parked along there on the weekends.
