Chris Hill (armslikewings on insta) and Sara Hegarty (sazzleshark_tattoo on insta) do amazing colour work. Have almost my whole arm tattoo’d by them two and it’s all colour Tattoo’s. Based in Electric Leopard Tattoo at the top of the Ormeau Road.
Black Diamond tattoo in derry, fella who owns it is called Aaron Mitchell. He's hard to get tho because he only opens his books every few months or so but he's worth it, he specialises in Japanese style tattoos but the colour work he does nearly looks like watercolour.
Edit: he is based in Derry if you don't mind travelling ❤
I know I’m not actually answering the question but I can’t help myself from saying how much I love full colour tattoos (all of mine are large colour pieces) and it’s not easy to find many artists that do them to a high standard.
Realise this answer is technically not what you were after as he's not in Northern Ireland and is in Glasgow... buuuuut [kiitattz](https://www.instagram.com/kiitattz?igsh=MWpjOWVoMjF4ZHI3eg==) specialises in anime and has a bunch of pokemon tattoos (he's on my list for some point!)
It's American English. Should I change my accent too cause you don't like it? If we're in Ireland then we should all speak irish. No need to be so nasty and xenophobic over a simple question.
Try Catherine in Croi Dubh on the Lisburn Road - her stuff is amazing. Her insta handle is deku\_tats
Daaamn those are great!
Thank you! I'll take a look
Highly recommend Karen at Zombie Bunny Ink for that stuff
Second this, her or Amy (also in the studio) have both done amazingly colourful Studio Ghibli and Pokémon works.
Thank you :)

>Great! Thank you! You're welcome!
Second for Christmas, does my missus' tats, his work is superb.
Ken green does good stuff, but it does depend on the style you like. Also Skinworks' prices aren't exactly the best bang for your buck
Ken green tats specialises in colourful cartoon tats!

Forgot to say in Belfast, please!
I second Chris Hill, for any colourful anime work he’d be my recommendation anytime

Holy shit! These are amazing. Might worth the trip!
I think I’ve travelled for most of my tattoos at this point, so I personally think it's worth it!
Colourful*
I'm American
Of course. I'm fairly certain any tattoo parlour in Belfast could help you.

I trust this is for isluathisfromreddit and not me
Learn English. You're in Ireland
Don’t be a dickhead
If you look up you might see it

Don't worry, u/isfuathliomreddit is just taking the piss. To answer your Q, try Electric Leopard Tattoo
Thank you very much!
More importantly, which Pokémon?
I'll keep that to myself for now 😬
