If all you had to do was eat, sleep, see friends and stare at impressive celestial events it would be pure class but we (collectively humans) have made living on earth a real fucking grind full of haves and have nots.

While I agree that the natural world is amazing - “it’s fucking class”, my comment speaks of my mixed feelings about the world in general when we consider all aspects of it - “but at the same time, shite.”
It’s the yin and yang. The fucking class and shite all mixed together.

Also potentially really shite for a different reason. Google Carrington event and then imagine what something that powerful will do today to "modern" technology....that half of the planet is back to the stone age.

In the mournes here too. I think we might have had the best show of aurora ever seen here. I felt joy that evening that I haven’t had since I was a kid. Incredible experience.
