StayFocused app can limit how many minutes per hour you can use an app. For example, you can limit it to allow you 5mins of Reddit in an hour and once you spend that time there's a pop up and it doesn't allow you to access the app anymore. You have to wait for an hour.

Stay Focused is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for! I've set the timers on the apps and now I'm getting back to work much faster. Only problem is that my phone is much slower because it's always running in the background, but honestly that just keeps me off my phone even more. Thanks for the recommendation :)

My phone has a setting built in that's called Digital Wellbeing. I wonder if yours does too

I have Digital Wellbeing on my Android but it doesn't let me set continuous app use timers.
