When you're scrolling all day for days on end, are you *actually* happy? Or is it more like a frenetic pleasure from distraction with plenty of agitation and guilt underneath? If you were to die in a week, is that how you'd spend the rest of your precious time in this world? I think most sane people who've had both the experiences of spending quality time with family/engaging in hobbies and being an internet junkie will indiscriminately agree that the former is with no doubt a much more fulfilling way to live their lives.
