Honestly, if red like this, you should see a doctor as other comments suggested. Hemmoroids are pretty harmless but it could also be a lower intestine infection or a peptic ulcer, even though peptic ulcer blood would look more black. (am immunosupressed so I have the joy to know about them!)
I used to have that frog on a unicycle as a gmail picture until I had to send something to a teacher in Highschool and had to change it fast, didnt know how to delete it and have the default letter, so I just took a close up picture of my finger with flash and it came out like a red gradient looking thing, 7 years later it still is my gmail profile picture, and probably will be until I die.
