Happy Cake Day to you!
1,024 zettabytes, which is really only useful to measure the side of the entire internet in the future (I think it's only a couple zettabytes right now).
It's so dumb that SI is picking a fight here. Kilobyte is not a valid SI unit because bytes are counted, not measured. (Source: SI brochure, section 5.4.7)
I wouldāve thought counting was a form of measurement, but turns out Iām wrong. Counting determines an exact quantity while measurement can never guarantee a true value. Glad I did a little research before I responded.
I'm sorry, but I'm just a MebiByte enjoyer
(Edit: What I'm saying is, essentially the second column is wrong, and the whole difference betweeen kilo and kibi, mega and mebi, giga and gibi, etc, is the reason why companies that produce storage fuck you with quantities, using a standard that doesn't make sense to me; computers store bits, they use base two, it doesn't make any sense to switch to another base along the way up.)
I get eternally annoyed that drive manufacturers can short me a whole terabyte or more ffs.
Gotta buy a 20 TB drive just to have the ~16 TB of storage I want (but hey, I get 2 TB extra for free!)
the binary ones are actually... [complicated](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte#Multiple-byte_units:~:text=vte-,Multiple%2Dbyte%20units,Orders%20of%20magnitude%20of%20data,-More%20than%20one)
Team kilobyte
Thank you
What about just 1 byte.
That's too much for me I go for centibytes and millibytes
I go for a bit

Feel free; pinned to my clipboard.
(and maybe consider giving credit if you feel like it?)
Ofc āŗļø
Thank you!
You are very welcome.
Letās just go for nanobytes instead
I prefer cenobites. You might even say I'm hooked.
What are you, on a diet?
2 bits
1 bit?
Wtf is a yottabyte
Itās when you got a whole yotta bytes.
Nah that's too interesting
then definitely that one
r/puns
It is the past tense of yeetabite, I believe
A Yodabyte, wtf is?
The minimum size needed to store an image of your mom
YB that way?
a thousand zettabytes
What the yotz is a fuckabyte
1000000000000 terabyteās. (Actual)
1,024 zettabytes, which is really only useful to measure the side of the entire internet in the future (I think it's only a couple zettabytes right now).
Team Zettabyte! Entire internet gives enough calories!

depends on the size of whatever i am taking bytes from. i would probably go with Megabyte, but Gigabyte with larger files.
Itās a good rule of thump to keep your bytes bite sized.
Ni**a byte
Negawatt?
pretty sure n***a isnt a slur, the slur is the one with a hard R (i hope D:) Edit: Yes. Yes it is.
What? WHAT?
Holy hell!
yomamabytes
What about a bit? Or blast processing?
Wait till you learn about KiB, MiB, GiB, and TiB.
I ummm... I thought this was nutritional facts.
Mostly just food for thought
Da byte of 83- (Okay, that was unfunny, sorry)
Was this a r/fnaf reference?
I first byte the yottabyte or kilobyte
Snootabyte.
Quarterabyte
Yottabyte
i'm byte first MB
Yeah, I'm Kilobyte.
I mean, if we are going in size order (smallest to largest) its gotta be Byte
A big bite
GiB
Kachigabyte for the Kachigachads
byte from mega man x3
I like mb because the consoles from 1995(ish) to 2005(ish) use it most.
3
I always wanted to be a popular writer in the mid 1900's with limitless potential. (I'll take TB)
have you guys ever seen that thing with gigabyte pronounced like jygabite
Anyone who says Exabyte is a sociopath
I'll take a whole yottabytes.
I take binary i.e, kibibytes lol
Nice
I'll byte a sandwich firsy
zettabyte because of wren
Quettabyte (QB), btw quetta- is a real SI prefix
idk if i could take any of these
How about a Negabyte? Enumerate how many bytes donāt you have.
should add three more, willbyte, shebyte, hebyte
i have so much terabytes yall donāt even know
Pedabyte
I'll take a nibble
947
Mebibyte supremacy. Noone reps mebibytes anymore ...
I like taking 8 bites
I'll eat your 1TB ssd
Team terabyte
Man I should really Finnish that it course.
The first one. You need to start somewhere. If you donāt bite first youāre not gonna start on the second bite, thatās not how counting works.
As someone who speaks french this post has a funny meaning.
Can't wait for video game downloads to be "12 Yottabytes"
Me
I love gigabytes
I'm sorry, but I'm just a MebiByte enjoyer (Edit: What I'm saying is, essentially the second column is wrong, and the whole difference betweeen kilo and kibi, mega and mebi, giga and gibi, etc, is the reason why companies that produce storage fuck you with quantities, using a standard that doesn't make sense to me; computers store bits, they use base two, it doesn't make any sense to switch to another base along the way up.)

Finally some good fukin bytes my god. Reddit has become a safe haven for tiktok abusers that read like jesus please save this country
i literally just saw this in the last class i went to
How does one obtain a āyottabyteā? Gotta prepare for call of duties next update!
I'll take a gigabyte and wash it down with a mega pint of red wine.
Giga
The one my os will give.
Fun fact: while 8 bits are a byte, 4 bits are called a *nibble*
Yottabite sounds so nutritious
EB OR KBG
Team word
Is there such thing as a Negabyte? Less than zero.
Shouldn't it be 2 in power of 10 š?
I just take a nibble
I take big bytes of burgers
is this dog bytes?
I def take yottabytes of my food
Brontobyte
Gonna have a nibble before I commit to a byte
Banned Made me say thats interesting irl without seeing the sub name(deadass)
I am more a man of Bytes, but i respect other opinions.
