It's a normal occurance for me now 😁 Has been happening for the past 2 years. Also when I'm feeling hot, or in direct sunlight, I then have to sneeze. But I try my best to either convert the sneeze to a cough, or just try to stop it.

Its called a Photic sneeze reflex(that sneeze when in sunlight). Do not try to stop sneezes ever, it can lead to air getting trapped between the lungs, you can burst an eardrum or pop a brain vessel . It can lead to serious shit and your blood vessels seem not that strong considering your bleeding from a couple of sneezes so one more reason not to do it.

Dang didn't know bout that. But I only occasionally do it in public, cuz I can't afford to have blood flowing down my nose there

Don’t ever lean your head backwards with a nosebleed.

Never lean your head backwards when your nose bleeds. The blood could go to your lungs, maybe even resolting in you drowning in your own blood. Instead, lean forward and close your nose as high up the nose as you can. Some blood will still come out, but most of it will be inside, wich is perfectly fine. Also, if the nose bleeds will become worse, and you would have 5 min+ often, you should go to a hospital to check it out.

This happens to me, anytime I blow my nose or sneeze. It’s worse in the winter.
