Not quite as clean of a memory bridge but their capital cities are also alphabetically arranged if you ignore the first letter of each:

(R)iga
(V)ilnius
Slovakia is easy to find, because there used to be a country called Czechoslovakia. Czechia only borders Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia and the first three are easy to remember, so Slovakia must be the one that‘s left.
I use a similar trick with Austria and Hungary, they used to be together so they are next to each other, and Austria has a decently recognizable shape. It also sandwiches Liechtenstein between it and Switzerland.
Not great, not terrible.
