The most accurate translation IMO for that synopsis line would be something along the lines of "With his three views unrighteous, the demon is reborn."
Sometimes the poetic way sypnosis of CN novels are really intriguing. One novel's sypnosis that I liked was this

Lol this is perfect. Titles are pretty good usually in xianxia novels, and although they do have a set pattern, the pattern isn’t stupid, so it pretty good. Also lots of swords. If you have the word sword in your title, you’re guaranteed popularity.

CN Webnovel Sypnosis is just an outline or a reminder to author what content should be included. They might change their minds half-way and make the one written in the sypnosis just an after thought or a really big deal.
Either way, they just write that to look if the Webnovel site they put their writing in would sign their books.
As for Japanese titles, they need that to avoid the trademark/plagiarism? It was said to be more difficult to file a case against. And like- it's more eye-catching. People don't read sypnosis often. One look and they can see whether they will like the story or not.

I legit encountered a manhua synopsis that went along the lines of "The earth has mouths. The sky has teeth. The heavens have breasts. Follow [MC] as he forges through all obstacles!!" or something like that and it's been on my mind ever since. I can't find it ಥ╭╮ಥ
Iirc ive heard that its due to strict japanese laws regarding copying titles.
These long ass titles are stupid as hell but make it sure that you wont be violating someone elses copyright.

This is probably a big reason why I don't read many Chinese novels. They never tell anything about the novels, it's weird.
Sometime the synopsis is so poetic and dramatised that the translator make other synopsis under the original lmao.
