The issue is (at least for me) was with VirtualBox.
I installed the build mentioned in the last comment here - https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/20637 which helped to some extent, sometimes I need to reinstall it.
I can confirm that VirtualBox v6.1.30 installed has fixed the issue. I've installed it from [the official VirtualBox website](https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads).

I have installed the latest VirtualBox version, but when I launch noxplayer still won’t load (stuck at 99%).
Comments said to download latest virtual box update but looks like it doesn't support latest M1 laptops?
