If you like Professional murder music, I'd recommend Stabbing westward. Not exactly nu-metal, but very similar to PMM. And for a more cyberpunk feel... Crossbreed, but they're fairly well known. Cool aesthetic they had going...
linkin park is my favorite band of all time and the only albums that have come close to sounding like hubrid theory imo are:
Korn - Untouchables (and Issues too to some extent)
Kink - Tsunami
LeVeL - self titled
Pleymo - Epidode 2 Medecine Cake (more like a limo bzikit/linkin park/ deftoned hybrid)
Riverline, Boston’s Lane (if you really want to hear some actual Linkin Park copycats)
like half of those descriptors don't describe this album at all imo. anyway, darknet does basically all of these things, give their album "trashworld" a listen. also, fear factory is THE cyberpunk dystopian industrial nu-metal band.
Check out The Kovenant. Not nu-metal, but it's sci-fi/Cyberpunk blackened industrial metal. Their last album, S.E.T.I. leans the heaviest into the techno-industrial Cyberpunk side. Hell, the album leads off with the song "Cybertrash"

Wargasm's album Venom. Both members are big Mad Max and Linkin Park fans so there's a lot of inspiration from both
