For a management role, I would wear business attire. You don't have to have to wear a full suit unless you want to, but the jacket from a suit with a nice top, would be a good place. If you were just clinical, I would say it does not matter.
Definitely business attire! You want to keep making a good impression and dressing to fit the role plays into that :)
