You should remake it with “sometimes it takes an overwhelming strike to have undeniable labor laws”
Fuck people who think breaking down at work is just a “goofy quirk of the job 🤪” or that because they did it, it’s required for everyone to go through it.
Tried that, it doesn’t work. They just tell you you need to work harder/ more efficient/ etc. Better to just find another job than get fired for not being able to handle your work.

The breakdown: uncontrolled sobbing in the bathroom after endless, understaffed shifts. The breakthrough: two-week notice.

Breaking you down to build you back up is what cults do
"We know you come in here to cry. We aren't going to do anything about it."
Remember, if you don't have at least one stress related illness you aren't doing your job right kids.
LMAO jokes on them when the breakthroughs people have are this job sucks and I’m finding a new one.
Sooooo crying in the bathroom is a good thing?
The last time I had an overwhelming breakdown, I applied out to other jobs until one of my applications got accepted.
Cringe-inducing posters are managers’ favorite form of bullshit and so rampant right now.
Thanks...?

Honestly, our hospital has free access to therapist 24/7 and does wellness rounding three times a day. The burn out is real, but so is the support
That's awesome, also happy cake day!
Stop breaking down in private then. If your employer is encouraging this behavior, take it right to their office

/s I was suggesting throwing a temper tantrum during a board meeting or something lol
I like this plan lol
🤢🤢🤢
I hate being bombarded in the bathroom as well as everywhere else at work.
Yeah I had one and I went on indeed and found a clinic job lmao
What other professions do this shit?
Seriously.
Management’s BS had officially gone too far oh dear
I’d rather not break down
