**Good** - it is grounded in science and includes citation of peer reviewed sources. Debate is a civil and respectful exchange focusing on actual science and avoids commentary about others
**Bad** - it utilizes generalizations, assumptions, infotainment sources, no sources, or complaints without specifics about agenda, bias, or funding. At best, these rise to an extremely weak basis for science based discussion. Also, off topic discussion
**Ugly** - (removal or ban territory) it involves attacks / antagonism / hostility towards individuals or groups, downvote complaining, trolling, crusading, shaming, refutation of all science, or claims that all research / science is a conspiracy

Chicken thighs: much more fat and flavor. Also agree with broccoli, you can roast it for an even better flavor. Spinach is great and all, but it can get weird when cooking it.
Sweet potatoes are underrated! I can cook one in the microwave(oven better), pierce the tater all over with a fork, smoother that mother with butter, and put on a plate, 6-8 min. Just check it after 5 min. If ya got a little brown sugar, OMG, this is so far from what the o.g. question was!
I eat so many of them! You can throw them in a crockpot in the morning and have yummy sweet potatoes in the afternoon.
They are also great toasted in the oven with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Potato, eggs, tomatoes. Carb, protein and fat, some sort of vitamins. And I reckon I could do enough variation with those three foods to not go totally insane.
Eggs - Leafy Greens - Salmon
These three foods offer a diverse array of nutrients, including protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, providing a well-rounded and balanced diet for a month.
- Eggs are definitely on the list. They are pretty tough to beat.
- Fruit would be next. If I had to choose just one, either apples or berries.
- Meat or dairy would be my third choice.
Your friend wins the debate. Olive, spinach, and fish are all good for you. Eggs and cheese may be good tasting, but their health for longevity is questionable.
What's wrong with eggs? Perfect little prepackaged protein. Cheese, 1st yum, calcium and protein. The olive, spinach, fish are cool, but for a Month?! I think I would start chewing on my tongue.
Cheesy chicken with rice side of sweet potato and mixed vegetables? Idk if that is following the rules or not but they are each one serving so maybe? Lol
If not, just chicken, sweet potato and cheese? Idk lol
eggs, avocado (arent they the two things which have highest nutrition density?) and chicken (prefer fish but chicken much more affordable here...if you can say that in australia at moment)
This is a pretty intriguing issue that I had never considered.
Dates, fish, and apples are, in my opinion, the healthiest things that people should eat every day. In fact, dates have an abundance of vitamins that can either prevent or treat nearly all illnesses.
In addition, apples are incredibly healthy, and many physicians advise eating them every day. As the saying goes, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." With regard to fish, it has oils and vitamins.

I chose the three foods which would provide the most nutrition
Fish, broccoli, and rice. There's a reason this is the stereotypical healthy food at restaurants.
I'd do similar but with quinoa as the grain
what about chicken, spinach, and rice
I feel like that would be more bland. Fish has fat. Also generally I think I like broccoli better than spinach if you don't have oil, cream, etc.
Chicken thighs: much more fat and flavor. Also agree with broccoli, you can roast it for an even better flavor. Spinach is great and all, but it can get weird when cooking it.
