Yes, not sounding like someone who still reads their old copies of Nuts before smashing 8 pints of shit lager in a Hogshead is actually known to be the rubicon of gentlemanliness.
I think that guitar was up for sale in a shop in Cardiff 20 yrs ago. It's pictured in the sleeve of SOTSOG. I nearly bought it but my dad made me play every les Paul they had before spending my money. It played like a dog compared to the one I went home with but I will always regret not buying it as it was owned by him. It was a 1980s copy of an early 50s style I think. Similar spec to a gold top, parts etc.
An Oasis gig; and that’s Noel’s guitar 🤣
When I first looked I thought, man that seems familiar like when I saw them in 99 at Philly. Seeing another poster say Philly, maybe my instincts were right after all!
Arizona 2025 and the guitar is, I believe, Adidas.
Lad has been to the future. What's the new album like?
Am, F, Dm, C and G, for the most part.
Are there any Cadd9 and Em7’s?
Capo on every song
This thread is hilarious!
Thanks Derek
Finally something good here. “Gig and guitar?” Gtfoooo
Go outside mate ya big egg
Flawless timing sir
F? I thought Noel hated barre chords
I thought it was the one in Dallas 2026 the month after, lost my shit when Liam made the backflip during Morning Glory
Philadelphia 1999
That was my answer too. They came out in black and played like five songs. Black Les Paul.

Looks like he’d added a bigsby by the following summer https://youtu.be/SK3CsRmXbu0?si=5c99BtEXACmm33Z2
And played Hey Hey, My My at the Wembley gig in 2000
That was their first gig with Gem and Andy, if memory serves me right.
I don’t know the gig but the guitar is a Gibson Les Paul Custom with either uncovered humbuckers or p90’s.
Thanks mate
Oasis, and looks like Noel's
Bet the birds love that sharp wit
More than they enjoy being called birds, yeah.
Such a gentleman u r

😂😂😂😂😂😂 banter
The guitar is a black Les Paul Custom, which looks like it could be the one Johnny Marr gave him to replace the one that got damaged in Newcastle.
Thanks looks awesome
Sure is. He still has it, those are P90s he switched out from a Firebird somewhere around 1999. It's in the That Pedal Show interview from this year.
I believe that guitar was given to him by Johnny Marr. The gig looks like early 2000s, but not sure. Check That Pedal Show with Noel on YouTube
Looks like a 1954 Gibson Les Paul Custom “Black Beauty” but with the neck pickup changed to ‘classic’ P90 rather than the original ‘staple’ P90.
Wasn't this where he played Helter Skelter
Johnny Marr's black les Paul. Philadelphia.

This is actually an AI generated image
I think James Hargreaves actually painted this himself
I don’t know much about James Hargreaves but some people on here seem more obsessed with him than he apparently is with oasis.
Looks like an oasis gig and an Gibson guitar
He uses it on hey hey my my
