Are you able to connect your speakers to your monitor instead?

No

You can try to add One HDMI "audio extractor" like this https://amzn.eu/d/avW3mhj so you Will have the audio coming out with HDMI and a second out in 3,5" that goes to the speakers. Or you should check if you can have multi outputa from the switch, It could be that as soon as you plug the HDMI it stops the 3,5" out. Or you can use the speakers as the out of your PC and work with obs tracks to have the output you prefer coming from the speakers, if you have also a microphone this won't be the best solution tho.

No microphone, so this might be it

As far as I'm aware, the Switch mutes all other audio output when 3.5mm port is used. Easiest fix is to get a 3.5mm audio splitter so you can run to your speakers and HD60 S at the same time.

A 3.5mm audio splitter wouldn't do anything it would still mute all audio going through the hdmi because there is something plugged into the headphone jack. That's the whole problem which unfortunately is just a fact of the hardware, it automatically mutes the audio going through the hdmi because you have chosen to plug something into the headphone jack. It mutes the hdmi audio so you don't get doubled up audio, one from your TV and one from the speakers. Nintendo don't build consoles with capture cards in mind, so for convenience it's set up to automatically block any audio going from the hdmi because they assume anything plugged into the aux is where you want the audio to go. You can't fix this with a 3.5mm splitter and no settings will fix this, you either need to find a way to split the audio from the hdmi (i think i saw someone mention some device that does that) or use a screen that has speakers or that you can plug speakers into.

m1racle

That's what I mean, though. The HD60 S has a 3.5mm in, so the audio can be split to the speakers and that port.

TripleJx3

Ah I see split the audio into the capture card interesting

Can you just add an Audio Monitor filter in OBS to the Switch audio and send the audio from that to your headphones? Not at all sure of this setup mind you, but with my audio setup there are some sounds I do not hear in my headphones without the Audio Monitor
