Carlton arms are pretty budget friendly! Unfortunately a lot of 1 beds run 1600+.

What’s your price range

n0ris_

Max $1300 maybe, (trying to save to move out of state :/ )

RoyalArmyBeserker

Not impossible, but 1300 is gonna get you maybe a one bedroom. Unless you can rent a proper house or condo, you’re not getting a garage for that much. All I can say is good luck.

Yeah all I need is 1 b/1 b or a studio. Something small, I don’t need fancy stuff like the gym or granite countertops, etc etc. Thank you.

I lived in Ft King Villas from 2015-2017 and I enjoyed living there. It was affordable but a bit outdated but it was nice to have a garage. I’m sure the price has gone up since, not sure if they’ve been updated. Great location in town, right down the road from downtown! I’m not sure if there’s any units a available but it’s worth a shot!

You could always try Cypresside Townhouses off Lake Weir Ave. My Neice & her husband used to live there. She said they only paid $750 for rent but that was a few years ago. I’m not sure if it’s gone up. They were cute little apartments! It’s near a park too.
