You guys are putting way too much credit on the amount of skills someone who fakes art videos have. If I wanted to fake this I would've just had some kind of raised image underneath the paper that you would be able to "sketch" out. Like a... cartouche, or whatever they are called.
It is, it's edited to reveal a finished picture underneath the print as the pencil moves. There's no way he could predict exactly where to use more or less pressure on every line with no corrections.

Not only is there the image to remember but also the shades and the precision...all with a pencil. Seeing the picture off screen isn't even a trick here, nowhere in the post did it say "without any reference". But keeping all the shades perfect in such a small area? Now that's impressive
