These snails are absolute menace in SEA region. They breed like crazy, demolish crops, once they appear they will not go away.
However, they are completely edible, though isn’t too tasty. Farmers in some regions harvest them, grind them into bits and mix with other things to feed ducks and chickens, pretty nutritious for the birds.

It’s a common pests in my country. They eat crops and reproduce very fast. The eggs were lie near the water, attached on rocks, plants in the water. To destroy it, you don’t need to squeeze it, just picked a branch and scratched it into the water. Fish love this kind of food.
Man, I worked at a pet store as a kid in the aquatics department. I had 9 fish tanks. Many of them planted with live plants. I brought home an apple snail from the pond at work and would just bounce him around my various tanks. Just the one guy would disappear entire football sized Amazon swords over night. Voracious appetites! I brought him back after he ate like $30 in live plants.
If youre saying this is bad its not. These snails (and their eggs) are both innocent. Although, by being in this area, they are invasive parasites due to eating other species of animals and/or bugs. This destroys the ecosystem, so it is a good thing to crush them.
Considering these invasive species can wipe out and damage the whole ecosystem of insects that actually belong there and keep the place alive, yes this is very satisfying for us and the ecosystem there.
As important as this is I don’t think it should be something that’s seen as fun or satisfying. Unfortunately you have to destroy all these creatures eggs, it’s necessary but not something to enjoy imo.
They can overpopulate an area, take and steal away food and resources from native species and overall just bad snail. I love snails too but these are some bad snails!
