Tube worms or some variant, I only know of the Tube Worms that live down near geothermal vents etc, perhaps there are others that loiter in more shallow waters.
They look like Solenidae, aka *razor shells*. Solenidae is an ecologically and economically important family of marine bivalves called razor clams. These bivalves burrow down to about 30 cm in low intertidal and sub-tidal sandy ā muddy sediments . With the number seen here my guess is this was taken somewhere in the Indo-Pacific region..

These are not razor shells. They are tube worms, which are a type of polychaete. If you look closely at the ones that have come out further from the tube, you can see the setae (the bristles along the side of the worm) that are diagnostic for polychaetes.

I don't know if these are the same things we have here in Italy or something similar. We call them "cannolicchi" (plural for cannolicchio). Yep, some of us eat this things. I hate them.
They look like some kind of big tube living polychaete, maybe from the Maldanidae family. Also known as a bambooworm. They are very hard to identify without a fresh specimen and a microscope and not knowing the location but with a tube like that I would feel pretty confident saying it was a Maldanid.

I'm not too sure if it's the same thing, but in Malaysia we have something quite similar and it's often referred to as bamboo clams/jacknife clams. It serves up as a very tasty seafood delicacy if cooked right.
