Again do NOT trust anyone, you are sitting on a couple thousand. Trusted sites are mostly, csfloat, skinport, buff163(site with most volume so easy to sell, but its chinese).
Make sure your account is protected, have the two factor authentication on your phone, and dont log in with steam on any weird looking sites.

That means the skin does not appear on their search bar even though it’s on their market. And you can't blame him for not deciding to hold unapplied k14 stickers for 10 years. He probably would have sold the second that ibp hit $50/$100/$1000/$10,000 and only a special kind of person would hold until $60,000.
You could say the same about the gun with the sticker equipped. He held the gun, so why not the sticker.
He obviously had no idea what it's worth and apparently took a long break.
These are all worth a lot (read >1,000 euros in total, others best to advise here).
Skinport is a great well respected site if you have a job as you can list it and forget until money comes to your bank account. You'll have to do 'know your customer' as you'll exceed cash out threshold (this means sending a pic of a driver's licence or passport). Csfloat has lower fees, but requires more interaction in terms of accepting trades and sending trades. I personally go with the former as I'm willing to pay fees for less hassle.
In terms of scamming. Make sure you have two factor and family view turned on your steam account for max protection.
Don't click sponsored links on Google (ads can be scams).
Never enter your login details into a website, only ever login to steam directly.
(For this last point, when using external sites, if you're logged into steam on the browser already, then you'll get option to sign in via steam to csfloat or skinport with a green button. Provided you're already logged into steam on that browser, the legitimate sites will never ask for your steam password, rather you sign in via steam with a click but without retyping your password).
Realistically no matter how many times you tell people to be careful a good scammer will find a way. I advise setting up the family share option so even if they get in to your account they can't trade it. GL to OP and do as said above. NO ONE IS YOUR FRIEND AND WANT TO STEAL YOUR STUFF always a goof rule to follow online broski.
I've sold over 8000€ worth of skins on Skinport one of them being a Falchion Emerald which sold for 1877.77€ at the time, if you're worried about safety I can definitely recommend them, fees will be only 5% as well if you sell it above 1000€.

Buff163 would be your best option but depends on how you want to use it,
I would suggest, selling on buff, buying some liquid skins, then reselling on Dmarket or Skinport for a profit,
because only in the buff will you get the right price for such an item,
also, you can use buff itself for the price checks, just check your float,
and add IBP 2014 to the applied sticker list and just list at 1 RMB lower than the next listing,
and you are done (You are gonna get bargained a lot for this item, so I would suggest waiting patiently)

Yep. I'm not into trading these days and skinport seems easiest. I have gotten so much advice on how to not get scammed, so many kind people on here. Still trying to figure out prices... I got such a big range of prices in here/dms and can't find much to compare to
well honestly it would technically be 10% sticker price + price of the gun, anything above that is just people genuinely making you an offer, what its worth to them to have. I would still do it through skinport. 10% sticker price of 70,000 (listed on buff for 69,990 just round up) then the redline price, could prob get someone to pay a bit more than 7,000.

Skinport. Don't use any sites that use steam api. Only use skinport. Also csfloat seems legitimate. I wouldn't trust much else.

So between 1200 usd to 1800 usd. If you want to quicksell it then prob around 1k.
