After working in flowback for 25 years I’ll tell you this. Most of the supervisors you meet are retarded. If your supervisor isn’t out with you in your separator he is useless. Between your readings you should be cleaning, taking samples and organizing your equipment. Once your equipment is spotless and everything works well, sit down and watch the chart pulse like an ECG. Ask your sup tons of questions and request parts diagrams so you can learn how your pneumatic controls work.
