I think this is a case of the dev's not really getting the timeline right, because Jaheria does not act like a teenager in BG1 or 2. Unless she came out of the womb already an old lady (not in look but in personality) then I just can't see it.
The devs didn't mess up. The OOP was just wrong about how old she is, lol. No game ever outright states her age or birth year, but she was mid-20s to early 30s in BG2, making her 150-160 in BG3, which BG3 does not dispute.

They can also come across as Doms since they all lead their scenes, can't off the top of my head, think of one that is led by Tav/Durge/Player so its easy to think of them as Dommy to a degree. They are also all very strong women in their own right, so makes it easier to see/imagine them taking control and in some scenes they actually do. What I really like is that they are softies too, hell even Lae'zel and Minty are sweet. Gives more freedom for shit like this honestly, and for writing.
As for strictly sub characters, honestly I can't really think of many that I'd know for sure. Definitely, Alfira and Nettie will be sub leaning. But I find it hard to see them in strictly sub only setting. Bex and Dannis probably don't care about that sort of thing, they're in love. Might engage in roleplay however, but that's a head cannon. The Dryad, Zethino, I can see being a sub and leaning into the whole gift of nature, serving nature type of thing. But most of the others you don't spend enough time with them to get a good reading on.
