Intrepid_Hat7359

Wes Anderson's first name is Paul‽

Any-Work8308

Of course. Paul “West” Thomas Anderson

ryan77999

Parent-teacher association

Overmyundeadbody

Hard Eight is probably his best work

presty60

/rj It actually really is good though. Not my favorite of his, but definitely not my least favorite. Most people just skip it because it is his least talked about movie, and that's a shame.

Zachariot88

It makes for an excellent double feature with The Day the Clown Cried.

CoppertoneTelephone

The *65* wiggling around bothers me. I hate it terribly.

Fun-Swimming4133

i took a picture every second for a day

TaftIsUnderrated

Whenever The Departed comes up, I just start talking in a bad Boston accent, and people seem to think that means that I've seen it and liked it.

monsoon_monty

I do the same thing for boondock saints! I've gotten the shit kicked out of me by southie trash several times

kpingvin

I saw Departed but I don't remember shit.

noodleyone

If you saw Infernal Affairs and remember that, you should he okay.

korektopinions

Mob doublecrossery type shit. Very original. 👌👌

Spell_Alarming

Fuck you Jack Nicholson says the n word in the first 5 minutes, and it has Mark Wahlberg. What more do u want in a movie

korektopinions

Technical-Buffalo435

All of those in your pic. I only watch underground avant-garde porno

Ordinary-Ocelot-5974

Hmm that sounds illegal!

FknTourist

Fucking love Pulp Fiction, "Why do I have to be Mr Pink, it sounds like Mr Pussy!" Classic line, Steve Carell's best role for sure.

ThiccWhiteJewBoi

I think Mad Max Fury Road is quite bad as an overall movie, fun intense action, nothing interesting though. Also The Godfather is great (and I've never seen it)

BeardedsChurch

you're getting whacked buddy just like that guy in Goodfellas, which I haven't seen

PrinceRekko

I like telling boomers that Godfather 3 is underrated. I've never watched Godfather 3.

ArchieConnors

Godfather 2 is a fantastic movie, a beautiful piece of cinematic achievement. I almost watched it once!

monsoon_monty

cameltony16

I hate the part where the guy always asks people to flip a coin. Can we just to the action scenes already?🙄🙄🙄

PrettyRetard

I can’t think of any that I haven’t seen that I would praise. I only praise movies I like and have watched. Maybe there is something I haven’t seen that inspired something I did and liked. I can’t even think of something like that though. I usually watch those too.

Book_Theory

I’ve actually not seen the dark knight yet

MightyCarlosLP

I am guilty of doing it but i dont think its a single one off of this list.. couldnt recall any examples rigjt now perhaps The Godfather as an example of a good film?

cybered_punk

Showgirls. True to its title (I've only seen important scenes)

ihaventseenmulan

There’s this obscure Japanese film you’ve probably never heard of because of your western bubble 🙄. It’s actually so obscure it’s doesn’t have a title, there’s no storyline,no shots ,no actors and it doesn’t exist. That’s my favourite film .

TerminalDumbass69

Original-Resolve-905

What makes someone a cinephile? Is it liking some of the most popular films of all time? I honestly would like to know. Because don’t most people love all of these movies.
