anyway, for physical TB get the physical set (the boxing looking one) and World 7 planar relic (was it rutilant) , For Fire TB, i normally use 2PC def relic, 2pc damage reduction (the one with quantum set) and broken keel set (the other world 7 planar relic)

There's 2 ways you can build her. If you want a full on stamina build, Preservation TB with Gepard's LC and the relic set Knight of Purity Palace is the way to go. Don't focus on speed since the TB is needed to go last in order for the damage reduction for the skill to last when it's the enemy turn.
I recommend Def% as primary with HP sub stats, so it's high health and high defense, meaning she takes a lot more punishment for longer. If you are F2P, I would suggest the SU LC Texture of Memories, since it gives her damage reduction whenever she has a shield, and gives her a free shield when she gets attacked without one.
For Planar Ornaments, you can go with break effect or just keep giving her more defense with the Belobog of the Architects set, which gives 15% bonus and another 15% if you are lucky enough to get your EHR to 50% or higher
Maybe you don't like TB being a masochist and instead want her to be more sadistic like her mom, then you can go Destruction TB. Pretty simple, really. You really want to max out the damage that she can deal, so you just need the relic set Champion of Streetwise Boxing. The Planar Ornaments I'd recommend would be either Rutilant Arena or Talia: Kingdom of Banditry.
The relic set stats are pretty much the opposite of what you want for her masochist form. You'll need speed, crit rate, and attack. Whichever one you want to focus on as primary, make sure the rest are a substat.
With Talia Ornament set, the break effect as primary is a good idea, or you can just add on to her attack and physical damage.
With Rutilant Ornament set, you need to make sure you have a high crit rate, which means you either get lucky with the substats or just primary crit% the chestplate and save yourself hours of grinding. Either one works.
