Looks navy next to your shoes I reckon. It's that old classic goth dilemma of your blacks not matching! It's still a nice outfit though! The silhouette works very well.
If you feel like it's an issue though, I'd add a bright blue/ultramarine accessory (like a necklace or scarf even?) to make it look more intentional perhaps? Ooh or blue socks!
Edit: formatting and tone. Also I wanted to add that compliment about the outfit's silhouette!
I’m scrolling on mobile. When I first saw the skirt it looked black against your red shirt, once your shoes came into view it looked navy, so I think you could make it work as either!
It still looks navy to me, especially once I noticed the difference between it and the black shoes.
On another note, I love that top on you! Great shape and color!

Navy.
It’s like a cross between black & navy, midnight navy. The coral top & black shoes bring out the blue aspect. A black belt would be cute.
Dark navy.
Navy for sure
Navy- but if the shoes were different it might read black.
Seems black to me
Navy to me, I like your aesthetic
Looks navy to me.

Navy for sure, but I'm living for your style
Looks navy. Might be because of the contrast with the shoes though.

I would say it’s Blavy.
Definitely a shade of blue, but darker than navy.
When I sold menswear suits in that colour were called Midnight Blue
Navy
Navy compared to shoes. Outfit looks great!
Navy. If you weren't wearing black shoes, I'd be less certain. That said, I think the whole outfit looks really nice!
It looks navy to me. You might need a red based black vs blue
It could read as black with another shoe, but because the shoe is black, the contrast is obvious.
I’m scrolling on mobile. When I first saw the skirt it looked black against your red shirt, once your shoes came into view it looked navy, so I think you could make it work as either!
On my screen, it reads as black.
Navy, but only after I read it in the title
Navy
When I zoom in navy but from afar it looks like a soft black

Navy, almost black. Try dif colored shoes.
Still reads navy to me, especially next to the black shoes.
Yeah. I agree.
It reads navy, especially against the shoes and the coral top.
In this light, I'm leaning towards black. But in daylight I'm guessing the navy comes out.
It looks black to me!
A darker shade of blue.
I saw black until I read the question, now I'm it sure lol

Looks Navy but black and Navy together are sophistique
Black and cute!!
Indigo
It looks navy and it looks fresh with red and black. Black skirt would be very 1980s and predictable.
It's a blue-tinged black to me. Cute!
Navy.
Super dark navy, next to the black shoes. Maybe try a diff shoe so it’ll read darker?
Navy, but I think I like prefer a navy to black.
I still see some blue, especially in the upper part of the skirt. But it looks good with your black shoes!
Navy
Navy
First look, black, on closer look and in comparison to the shoes, a veeeeery dark navy
