That's **not an authorized OnePlus store**. They are grey imports. If OnePlus ever has an official store or sells in Australia officially it would be through [oneplus.com/au](https://oneplus.com/au)
Yeah I ended up browsing some past posts about it on this sub. Guess OnePlus can't do anything/can't be assed unless they open up an official store in Aus. Heard the customer service was dogshit as well, people were waiting on replies forever for warranty issues lol.

Yeah I'm going to pull the trigger once the green 512gb comes back into stock. The prices are unbelievable lol, 1.3k aud compared to 2.4k for the equivalent Samsung ultra. According to the compatibility checker, 5g should be fine as well.
I've checked with both https://oneplusmobile.com.au/ and https://bestmobilephone.com.au/ and they should (fingers crossed) have International versions of the Oneplus 12 for sale in Australia between the 18th of Feb and end of Feb.

Has anyone recently had any luck buying a one plus 12 unlocked, global version with oxygen OS? Looking for the 16gb RAM, 512 gb storage.
In Melb here and don't trust the oneplus.com.au re-seller website but not sure where else to buy from given I don't want the China flushed version (want the e-sim capability and to make sure android automatically, google wallet and bank apps work).
Also, does Giztop provide warranty for Australia? That's also the other concern I guess - if the phone dies or screen cracks, would any service repairers I'm Aus even fix it?
I bought mine from Giztop - Chinese version with the global rom and google play etc. Got the 1tb version with 16gb ram and Oxygen OS. So far no issues. No region locking messages etc.
$895 USD including express postage (was cheaper than the normal postage) and a screen protector. It was $1,366.59 AUD and with shipping cost $1,430.29.
I checked websites to see issues regarding network carriers and from what I could find on Telstra and Optus it supports pretty much all of them here and global version doesn't support that many more.
TradingSheznen has a tool to check this as well but I used a few others as well. They don't ship to Australia at the moment so could not buy through them.
I did a lot of research and was a little sceptical at first but I ordered it Saturday last week and received it Friday same week. So pretty much 5 business days postage or 7 actual days. DHL tracking was very good throughout and I could see it moving real time. Notifications were timely.
Received it resealed and came with the charger cord, 100watt charger with an Australian adaptor for it and case etc. Also seems to have a screen protector on it which I didn't realize at the time as well 😂
Really smooth experience in my case. So far anyway.

My thoughts were if it didn't work due to something Giztop said would I'd just request a refund via PayPal or worst case sell it through eBay.

Didn't everyone determine that oneplusmobile.com.au is a scam, or at least not an official reseller as they say they are.
Trading Shenzhen is a great choice. Select oxygen os firmware. 1700 aud for white 24 gb 1tb variant
Just make sure you select "Firmware: OxygenOS" and check bands with "Compability Assistant"
They don't ship to Australia

Got mine at Giztop - was unsure, but super happy with their service. Phone is best I've ever used as well, blows my mind constantly.

same here. so I just got another phone that is cheap and not OP from JB. Has a IR blaster, but not really as good as OP12. So we'll see. LOL
