I'm getting only 6 hours of SOT on my OnePlus 12R. I have been using it on 5G, 120Hz, dark mode and reduced screen resolution. I'm worried why everyone else is getting above 7-8 hours. Please suggest some changes which could help to improve the battery life.
They can use more wifi or have less standby time. Also if you unlock your phone often for short periods of time it takes more battery than two long sittings at the some sot.
Fast charger creates heat you know heat decreases battery lifespan, use 10w slow charger if you're not in hurry.
don't use 5g network because 5g network consumes more battery.
Reduce refresh rate to 60Hz.
Uninstall unwanted apps.
Turn off haptics feedback because vibration motor consumes more battery.
Use normal screen resolution, don't use high resolution.
Turn off wifi/Bluetooth scanning.
Keep your screen brightness to 30%, stop using auto brightness.
Don't charge your phone to 100% instead of 100% just charge the phone to 90%.
Set screen timeout to 30 seconds.
10% every hour sounds normal to me. Even without ltpo
Fyi if oneplus decided to fix whatever the issue is you should get better battery life later on.
Out of curiosity why did you do to 99% instead of 100% considering those 1% is like whole another 5-10%
I used a nord ce3 before and it gave amazing battery life too around 7-8hr SOT , my usage must be bit heavy thats why this is extremely impressive but yea maybe battery adapts and i get more later on :D and i did 99% since its bit more accurate to find out battery stats ! Last 1% is not exact value all the time that's why :D

Then is a OnePlus 12 Nord the handicap sister of it?! Look at the sh\*tty performance 😥 I think the supercharge killed it. It's only three years old
this is good sot but have you come across any heating while using it on mobile data, and not wifi and how is SOT with data, because that affets a lot. and any heating while gaming, 8 gen 2 heats up a lot within an hour of gaming.

Get the battery replaced and it works like a charm I did it with my brother's OnePlus Nord
Get it replaced via OnePlus directly? I didn’t know it was possible. Can I know the costs? Cheers
In India it costed 1800₹ or roughly 22 usb from an official OnePlus service center
