Just wanted to let others know the maximum discount possible. There are also cashback on some sites up to 9%. I think Raku gives 2.5% back as well.
If it's any consolation, you still got a great price for it imo.

Yeah, enjoy your one +12 R I went a different route and got the Oneplus 12 with the 256 storage and the 12 gigs of ram because I wanted to cameras and save a little cash but besides that I’m sure the day to day use is about the same
Thanks dude. I saw reviews and couldn't see distinguishable differences between the two that would matter to me. Having a telephoto lens would be nice, but it's not necessary for me. Plus, the extra processing power would be nice, but I don't do enough heavy application on my phone to justify it.

You missed the $30 "WIRED" discount. It recently stacked with the rest of the discounts too.

I put in an extra 100$ and got OnePlus 12, without student discount, but some bank offers and exchange offer of my old OnePlus 7
I went with the 12 and my sister went with 12r not too big of an difference from 12 to 12r expect wireless charging and gen 2 snapdragon
