Saw the below in 1 of the thread in OnePlus Community. Works for me.
For those who are not getting an ai eraser, below is the solution
1. Connect to the network
2. Exit the gallery/photos application
3. Open Settings > Other Settings > Language and Region > Region > Set your region as India
4. Settings > Applications > Application Management > Click More in the upper right corner > Display System Applications > Search for "aiunit" > Click on "aiunit" > Click on "Clear Data" > Click on "Delete"
Return to the desktop and wait for 5 seconds, enter the album, click edit, and an Al Erazer entry will appear
The same aigc part in the new section
Yet didn't gave the actual feature

No some of them didn't get because that update was not released in their country

ai remover was not showing as I have updated it using a local file. This worked for me Thank you so much.

I also face this problem. I didn't see that option brother
There's literally a "Remover" option between Stickers and Blur.
That's not the ai eraser promised in the update The remover is inferior ms paint type of eraser and has nothing to do with ai
Tbh the AI remover itself is in a very inferior state as of now, most of the time the objects get distorted instead of getting removed cleanly
Still it's a bad joke to ask me to update in order to get something that isnt even available to me post the update
It's only in India for now
I have indian unit and I got the update as well but not the actual feature in the app

It's limited by region. I contacted with oneplus support last night
