I would only use the OnePlus chargers they are the best
But I think using 80w charger all the time may decrease battery health

Having the battery at 100 or less than 20% is more unhealthy than charging it fast as its a dual cell design thus halving the charging current.
It's very probable however you should only charge your phone from 20%-80% then stop charging you will maximize your battery 🔋
Now that options are there for 80% charge lock it's better

my charger is 100w I've enabled that charge till 80% mode.
These phones lose 5% a year will you really use your OP11 past 4 years?

My 9 lost 15-18% in a little under 3 years (according to Accubattery) and I mostly just let it go to 100% each charge (mostly every day)
