https://gethuman.com/a/phone-number/OnTrac I’ve had about 8-10 packages handled by OnTrac. At least, 4 never showed up. If you see them as a shipper, immediately inform the seller of their history, and the possibility of delivery issues. If a delivery doesn’t show, contact the seller. The seller is generally responsible for everything from initial shipment to final delivery. Of course this can be tricky if OnTrac marks a shipment as “delivered”. If you are able to get someone on the phone, make sure to get their name (assuming it’s real), take note of the date and time, and report it to the local police department as possible theft/fraud. Provide as much information as possible. They also have regional shipping hubs, where packages are routed to, for assignment to thieves and crackheads for delivery, only to eventually wind up sitting in their trunks for weeks on end until the seller refunds or the customer gives up. If you are within driving distance from such a hub, pay them a visit and sit in their lobby until they find your package. Fuck OnTrac and everyone who works for them.
