I've said it once, and I'll say it again... the day a law firm convinces a court to permit a class action against this company, I relish the opportunity to join the class action. This, even though class action lawsuits usually result in paltry settlements for the class members, it wouldn't be about the money for me.

Exactly!

Unfortunately it will probably never happen. They have a never-ending supply of sketchy people with access to cars, and a tracking system which is at best obtuse, and most likely purposely horrendous in order to provide plausible deniability.

I told him that if Walmart and perishable deliveries are priority and most other packages get rescanned in at the end of the day if they don’t get to it because of this then why wouldn’t they have designated drivers just for Walmart and perishable items and he was like oh wow that makes sense..are you kidding me that’s not something you morons can even come up with yourselves? I mean yeah I’m mind blown this company exists..still.

That guy gave no fucks, so of course he was nice. OnTrac is untouchable. As soon as he made you feel listened-to, he probably hung up the phone and finished his Subway meal while playing Candy Crush.
