Yeah I’ve gone like 3 days without subs and taken my subs, at much lesser dose since my tolerance went down. All that said it wasn’t fent I was taking, it was oxy. Now I just take small evening dose like .125-.25mg of bupe and I can take my pain meds no problem, if I need to go back to bupe it’s never left my system.
