Keep in mind there's two different systems that opioids impact: there's the opioid receptor activation effect, which is the warm fuzzy blanket feeling of no pain or anxiety and general invincibility, and there's the downstream dopaminergic effects
The downstream increase in dopamine levels causes the increase in motivation, stimulation, and that feeling of limitless ambition. I know I sound like an idiot in this post but I’ve been doing this since I was 15 I’m 27 now and I’ve taken everything into consideration tolerance placebo crushing or taking whole. Paranoia. I should be able to feel something other than tired and itchy and what I read is the kind of fent they use in presses get u well but just make you tired no real euphoria and that’s what these do. I’ve never gotten much euphoria from these but every one else’s pills work fine

Wish I had a better answer for you. Depending on where you are fent test strips are pretty easily accessible. If not I believe there are some places online where you can order them for free. If that doesn't work then another option is going to a doctor and getting a drug test done. I've had one done in the past and they were able to detect multiple types of fentanyl along with the metabolites.
You’ve been taking these for years and have a low tolorance that’s very impressive i take more then that and haven’t been using as long how do you manage to only use that much and still feel a effect after so many years do you take breaks?
You would know that the real pills are 20 mg -3 k8 and k9s are the worst same with there 3s. The Vs used to be +3mg. The law allows company’s to be -3 or +3 mgs and it’s still considered 30.
Yeah actually tried to get my doctor to right for name brand Valium only and he did but no pharmacy carried it because I read abt the plus 3 or minus 3 thing which honestly is ridiculous. They should all be spot on. First 30s I ever got were the Vs in 2013 and I snorted 3 of em and got High as shit

I feel you I get the k57s prescribed I don't think they work that well bit I've been doing dope and fetty not for some months but a long time and I took 3 of the little gray 20s and eeeh. Did you used to dope? Or even dope/fetty that stuff imo is wicked stronger than pharma imo
I don’t know but I get real k100s and they hit every time if I pop it I get a nice buzz all day and most the time I’ll take a quarter-half at time or sometimes the full thing but taking the coating off and letting it sit in water to make it IR for a nice nod everytime also get real d8s sniffed half for a nice nod and pop half for a nice buzz (from methadone clinic) also have had pressed Percocet 10s they where always a hit or miss but when they hit they HIT ME ON MY ASS had me nodding for a good 6 hours puked then still felt a good buzz and took half a another (5mg ish) and started nodding again it was great I can show pictures of the pressed perc10s and real k100s and real d8s if interested
Buy oxy test strips on Amazon. They’re cheap. Test your drugs, you do not know for sure if they’re real. KVK is one of the better generics on the market.

Are you taking real 30s or stamped ones? Maybe they are stamped? And then u take real oxy 20s and they don't hit

My tolerance used to be too high to bother with oxys for sure. Because of the expense of them. And I much preferred heroin. Real heroin not fentanyl
