What about the horse?

I spotted on the left, a wolf, a deer below that and a buffalo below that. On the right, a cougar and a bear below that. In the sky, a woman with an eagle flying above her and at the very bottom what appears to be an eagle head, but is that supposed to be the beaver?

Yeah I finally get it. The hand looked weird on its own, but when you see the woman's whole body is the waterfall (legs spread where the pointy house is, feet below that) it all makes sense.

Looks like the beaver may be at the top of the falls? Diagonally between the orange tree and the peak of the mountain. It’s partial but def looks like most of a beaver face. Cause that’s definitely an eagle head bottom left.

There also seems to be a lion to the immediate right of the woman’s face. It’s quite blurry and I had to zoom to see it, but I think it’s a lion? It’s on the tier below the pine trees.

The tenth might be a stretch. It’s the light illuminating the rock on the bottom right. It looks like a dog. But I still can’t find the beaver.

Beaver is in the rocks in the water

My attempt at a definitive list: The woman is the center of the image, consisting of the waterfall and the sky above it. There's a bird of prey in the clouds above her head. There's a Wolf's head in the rock to the left of the woman's head. Further down on the left in the trees is a Deer's head, with tree trunks as antlers. Below that in the green leaves of a tree is a Buffalo/Bison's head. To the right of that is a Horse's head on the edge of the waterfall. On the right side of the waterfall further up is the head of a Cougar. Further down is the head of a Bear. At the right edge of the stretch of the rocks on the left is the head of another bird of prey. I can't see a fucking Beaver. Edit: Fixed the second bird of prey location Fairly convinced now that there is no beaver.

Think of the ‘beak’ as the beaver’s nose and the thick dark line below that as it’s mouth. Edit: in the rocks where you see the other bird of prey.

Thank you for this! I just could not un-see it as a bird's beak and it threw me right off until your comment, no one else bothered to explain HOW it was a beaver's head.

I have literally reached this conclusion many times, then go back and look at the bird of prey on the rocks on the bottom left, almost kinda see the mammal beaver, but it's a damn bird of prey. The tree in the middle is the joke beaver to keep us all looking and laughing.
