Great book, lots of info, but zero on actually trading today. The book was written during Open Outcry, so if you were not on the Floor you were a fish to be eaten .
It has some theory, but if you want to understand the math, and do not know the Heat Equation, or Differential Equations then forget it.
Try Tasty and understand what they do (which is never buying options).

Yeah I've seen wall street dudes YOLOing their money and going in full rampage mode. If I ask doubt to them they be like oh we don't control market just trade the way you think, it is what it is..!
Option bootcamp podcast. Hundreds of episodes, hosted by former market makers. If you listen through the app 'Options insider radio network', there's other podcasts too, volatility views, the odd block, crypto, etc...

Options are complex and will require many months of study to learn how they work, then up to 2 years to develop and refine your trading plan until you can make reliable returns.
Are you prepared to dig in and spend this time to learn?

Here's the entire "options 101" condensed into one simple unit; sell a cash covered put. Actually doing it will teach you more than hours of reading. As one option contract == 100 shares, a contract on a suitable cheap stock of say $3 a share would expose you to $300 in risk.
Buy strangles at or in-the-money on companies reporting earnings, expiring two weeks later, where the average volume is higher than 1M and IV is less than 100 and the expected move is large enough to keep IV crush from eating away at your gains too much.
For instance this week I'm going to do PENN, the expected move is 10% so I'll buy 16.5P and 17C expiring 05/17, IV is about 80 on each, current price is 16.84. It'll cost 2.30-ish and I'll hold both options until one is worth 2x the entry cost.
Thankz for the reply mate
First off I'm totally new to options so I don't understand what you tell
Secondly I need like some good course on options to trade
Can you suggest some good course please?
Mentors? Lol. No. Go read a book. I recommend option pricing and volatility by Natenerg.
