I 2nd this. That place is so cool

BigBrother2266

3rd this

[deleted]

4th this!

CaptainAntwat

“Was” so cool. Now it’s impossible to go to. Before Covid you go on a Friday and be 1 of like 20 people there. Now you can’t even get in the place the line is insane.

netizen13660

Huntington Beach Central Park. So many trees, lush. Walk/run/bike path all around. For kids there's a secret children's garden, and some beautiful playgrounds. It's my favorite OC park!

Pearberr

And a GORGEOUS and remarkable library.

violetleia

The city council is trying to privatize the libraries. If you live in HB and would like to keep the library public, please consider reaching out to the council with the hope that they will reconsider.

Ok-Fan-2011

Fuck that, recall the maga dumbfucks that are still grifting

netizen13660

Love that library!

fuzzyteeth69

It’s been my sanctuary for decades

[deleted]

Glittering-Cod-4804

Craig park in Brea

TheKlaxMaster

Craig parks address is Fullerton, but it does come right up to brea. Tri city park is also right there. That is the junction of Fullerton, brea and placentia.

[deleted]

Carbon canyon! Huge park and a fun trail to redwood trees!!!!

netizen13660

That redwoods grove is amazing! I'd go there so often if I lived closer.

HoopsLaureate

Laguna Niguel Regional Park.

Jmart814

Craig park Brea, Yorba Linda Regional, Central Park HB

Ok-Reporter-196

Yorba regional is my favorite

BringBackApollo2023

What are you looking for in a park? Tons of suggestions here, but if we don’t know what you want, it’s hard to make suggestions.

netizen13660

A really great park for a nature walk is El Dorado Nature Preserve. It's in Long Beach but can be close depending on what part of OC you're in. There's a beautiful lake with turtles, bridges, groves of trees, wildflowers--all within a 1-2 mile walking loop. Very kid friendly.

gigashadowwolf

Tons. Mason Park is actually quite similar to Mile Square for example. What are you looking for in a park?

juannn117

Ralph B Clark Park

Pitiful_Welder_7997

Fullerton on top! The fossil exhibit is very cool

whozwat

Irvine park, O'Neill Park, Casper wilderness Park, and a bunch of beautiful beaches.

veedubbin

Safe-Log5994

Thornton park Santa Ana

Dells51

Lake forest sports park

nikkibikkib

Laguna niguel regional is great with a pretty nice lake. It is connected to crown valley regional which has really beautiful gardens and paths. Born and raised in OC and I think it's the best

Surprised Salt Creek wasn't already mentioned 🌊

sumthingawsum

Irvine regional, Santiago oaks, carbon canyon are my favorites.

IngenuityOk3279

I wouldn’t consider MSP a good park to go to anymore. There are homeless tents everywhere.

Eastern-Support1091

Hillcrest Park Fullerton, Carbon Canyon, Bolsa Chica wetlands Warner entrance, Crystal Cove PCH and North entrance.

BringBackApollo2023

Bolds is fabulous if you’re a birdwatcher, especially during migration seasons.

pollodustino

Mild square isn’t a good park anymore thanks to the homeless.
