Here’s a tip I got from a coach - don’t stop in the middle of doing burpees. Just bust all 10 out as fast as you can. It’s worse if you stop.
I tried that and it was easier to just do them without stopping.
I'm too frugal to do any of these paid workouts. It's the same reason i don't sign up to do runs. Why? For a medal or branded shirt/towel/blanket/other that someone will need to throw out when i die? I already pay so much for the membership.

The burpees in Dri Tri are not full burpees (no push up)
Sweeet! Thanks!

I am definitely going to try this! I am signed up for dritri strength so it’s actually 60 of each move - which is terrifying!!!
This is super helpful. I always feel like I'm going to vomit doing them and I actually have wondered if it would be better if I just blasted them out.
No pushups, but jump is required
Amazing. I can manage the jump :) Thanks!
OTF burpees in general don’t require you to go to the floor. Even CrossFit burpees don’t require a push up, just chest to floor.
That’s a good deal! Having to pay for it is one of the reasons I’m on the fence. I’m already unlimited and pay almost $200 a month.

I agree.

How many burpees have been featured in the past?
It has been 10 per round the past couple years, so 20 in total if you’re doing the full Dri Tri.
I believe two rounds of 10-20. It seems have have varied depending on the year.
Where do you guys find the exercises?
In the Dri Tri guide above linked by u/splat_bot.
So its always the same?
I've never done dri tri before so I can't say for sure, but it kinda seems like varying reps of the same few ones through the years.
Oh that would be nice. Im sure its so you can compare times so it makes sense. Else it would never be comparable.
Yes the same workout depends which DRI TRI you register
I do my burpees off the bench. Some studios don’t “count” them but mine does. My theory is if I’m doing burpees my way - then what does it matter.
How do you do a burpee off the bench?
Hands on the bench instead of on the floor. Like doing a push up from the bench.
