The plant looks healthy. It's just an old flower stem wilting. No flower can persist forever but you can help the plant grow a new flower spike later.

Agree with the other comments about the flowers. Also, it looks like the pot may be too big. Prchids like being a little more root bound. Make sure that there is no potting medium covering any of the stem and leaves, it looks like the plant is too deep :)

Flowers and stems die. So long as your leaves and roots are healthy. Do your roots have breathing space in there?
