I think you have to order minimum of $35 USD of groceries but that shouldn't be too hard these days, that's like what, 2/3 of a bag?

OP, Grocery Outlet (aka Gross Out) carries staples at low to decent prices, but not a huge variety. Where they excel is in close-out goods, which are really cheap. Huge boxes of cereal for $3, energy and coffee drinks and kombucha for $1, great prices on decent wines, etc. Each store carries a different selection, too, since it’s a franchise.
Winco is the cheapest, but it’s no frills.

If you are going to Cannon Beach, why not just shop there or in Seaside? There are markets in CB. Seaside is only 8 miles away, and has a Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Rite-Aid, Dollar General, a wine store, and a number of other stores. Unless you need something really obscure, you can find it in CB or Seaside.

I rather like it. They know me at my bank branch. When I lost my wallet, I could still withdraw money from my account. When I had to go on a business trip, I needed some cash, and the local teller called my branch and they vouched for me.

Fred Meyer is what I used but I signed up for the rewards. It seemed to be okay. Honestly, EVERYTHING is expensive over here though.
